Was just informed by Carrie Underwood’s amazing makeup artist, Melissa Schleicher, that Shadow Shields were used on Ms. Underwood to help acheive that perfect smoky eye for the GRAMMY’s last night!! Thank you Melissa!! Love you for loving us…… Here is her gorgeous red carpet look from the Grammy’s…

So we couldn’t be more thrilled that Ms. Tyra Banks saw Shadow Shields on The TODAY Show and had one of ‘her people’ contact my ‘people’ to let us know that she wants to feature Shadow Shields on one of her beauty segments….. Eeekkk! Well that was back in September……

AAAAWWWWWW… (that’s me screaming!) just got confirmation that the beauty segment was taped last week and will be airing sometime in the near future (she’s saying February!) Will keep you posted on the air date!!! Stay tuned my friends……..

GUESS by Marciano and ELLE held an exclusive cocktail party in support of Susan G. Komen for The Cure at the GUESS by Marciano Soho New York City store. ELLE’s Creative Director Joe Zee and Actress Eliza Dushku hosted the star-studded event with DJs Jaime Biden and Alexandra Richards on the turntables. Other notable guests included Olivia Palermo, Roxy Olin and Whitney Port of MTV’s “The City”, ABC’s “Ugly Betty’s” Marc Indelicato, Tinsley Mortimer, Rick Fox, Chaske Spencer and Ramona Singer, Alex McCord and Simon van Kempen of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York”.

The party was jam packed with fashionistas, insiders and socialites. All guests who made a purchase or donated to the cause received a gift bag of products from Lock & Mane, Oscar Blandi, Rene Furterer, Essie, Kiss My Face, Tokyo Milk, Shadow Shields, Philosophy, Burt’s Bees and Elle Magazine.
